The holiday season is here again. While it is a time with many celebrations, it can be a time of high expectations and challenges due to stress, anxiety, financial worries, and loneliness. As these emotions can feel overwhelming, it can be challenging to talk about them, thus leaving us feeling further isolated.
For this month’s Business Breakfast, hear from I/CAN’s National Social Care Advisor, Gillian Goulding on ways to incorporate self care and mindfulness this festive season. Gillian will also discuss and signpost the mental health and wellness services available during this period, and year round.
