VIRC has partnered with Irish in BC to host this event. Irish in BC is a non-profit organization who provide a wide range of FREE resources to the Irish community here in BC.

They have worked with JBliss Designs on creating our very own race pack which will include a race medal, race number, an additional gift and post run refreshments.

There will be a cost of $40 to participate which will cover the cost of the race pack and $20 from each participant will go towards Irish in BC’s and the Irish Benevolent Society’s fundraising efforts for the year.

12km all at once can seem daunting so theres no pressure to complete the distance all at once. You can do 1km each day in the lead up to the event or break it down into smaller manageable chunks.

VIRC will have a routes planned for December 13th and runners can complete the full 12km distance all in one go. The route is in the planning stages however our aim will be to complete a route around Stanley Park.

**Deadline to ensure you receive a race pack (in person) is December 5th at 11:59pm.
