Celebrate 40 years of unforgettable Celtic music with The Barra MacNeils, returning to Vancouver Island for the first time in 16 years, the award-winning Cape Breton family group will share an intimate evening of stories, music, and fan-favourite songs spanning four decades.
Known as one of the Celtic world’s premier live acts, their performances feature stunning harmonies, masterful musicianship, step dancing, storytelling, and traditional Gaelic songs.
The Barra MacNeils live concert experience brings so much more to the stage than most live acts ever can. Multiple lead vocalists, beautiful sibling harmonies, top drawer instrumental prowess on a wide variety of acoustic, stringed, percussion and wind instruments blended with dancing, storytelling, Gaelic songs and a journey through an old culture; it is family entertainment at its highest level.
