CelticFest Vancouver returns March 13–15, celebrating Irish Heritage Month and 22 years of Celtic music, dance, and culture in the heart of Vancouver. Western Canada’s largest annual Celtic festival brings three days of live performances, community celebrations, and St. Patrick’s Day spirit to multiple venues across the city, culminating in a free, all-ages Family Day Festival in downtown Vancouver.
Festivities kick off Friday night with a high-energy Ceilidh (Irish Dance) featuring the Blackthorn Band and continue throughout the weekend with ticketed concerts and performances, including WHAT’S THE CRAIC? A Night of Irish Devilry and a headline show at the Hollywood Theatre.
Sunday’s free Family Day Festival offers live music, traditional Irish dance, a Celtic marketplace, food trucks, sports demonstrations, Irish Wolfhounds, face painting, bouncy castles, and more.
