In celebration of Irish Heritage Month, the Irish Women’s Network will be hosting the 2nd annual Great Irish Soda Bread Competition at the March Coffee morning on March 7th at the Consulate General of Ireland.
Which is best – brown soda bread or white soda bread with currants? Think your mother or granny’s recipe is the best?? Want to showcase your gluten-free or vegan version?
You do not have to bake to attend – all are welcome to join for the event and be a taster but you must register to attend through the Celticfest site. If you are a baker and still want to enter your soda bread, go to the IWN events page and follow the instructions.
