After their 2025 North American tour was postponed, The Mary Wallopers are back on the road and bringing their riotous live show to Vancouver. Catch them at the Vogue Theatre on March 18th for what promises to be an unforgettable night.
The seven-piece band was formed by brothers Charles and Andrew Hendy, along with their friend Sean McKenna, after years spent travelling the length and breadth of Ireland singing songs and collecting stories. That journey shaped the sound that has made them one of the most exciting live Irish acts today.
From those early days, their performances were known for their raw, unfiltered energy – part trad session, part punk attitude and entirely electric. Their self-titled debut album perfectly captured that spirit: warmth, intimacy, chaos, and just enough spark to set the whole room alight.
