The 2025 Darkness Into Light walk will be taking place on Saturday, May 10th at Burnaby Lake Rugby Club. This very special morning involves a 5km walk that begins at 4:30am, where participants walk from darkness into the morning light in the name of mental health and suicide prevention.
The Crisis Centre BC are this year’s charity partners. They are dedicated to providing help and hope to individuals, organisations and communities, and provide a broad spectrum of crisis support every single day to people struggling with their mental health.
You can register for the walk here and a T-shirt pickup will be organised at the event.
