Thank you to the Irish Women’s Network for hosting last week’s wonderful St. Brigid’s Day coffee morning.
The Irish community tried their hand at making Brigid’s crosses and shared stories of incredible Irish women like Mary Robinson, Mary McAleese, and the adventurous gold prospector and nurse Nellie Cashman, as well as some truly remarkable Irish mammies!
A special thanks to the always captivating storyteller, Philomena Jordan, all the speakers and everyone who attended. The stories and contributions made the event a memorable celebration of strong Irish women.
